Welcome back to this second part with Casey Hart. In this second piece, Casey continues to share space with this show and yield more and more insights with our Listeners.
As we sat in Casey's studio (Fox wood Tattoo Collective) , in these comfy chairs, we talked about a lot of discomfort and the necessity to embrace discomfort when the aim is to transform.
This entire, three-part-podcast, is littered with inspiration. Casey has invoked so much in her life and what's more is that she continues to welcome more; It shows immense perseverance and adds credence to her message. It's clear that with her current choices, there's room to keep inviting life in. A lot of times, with such immense change, there's a tendency to invite too much in. Casey is showing her sincere knowledge of boundaries. Only what will serve will be entertained... The rest will be gracefully, let go.
Thank you Casey and God bless!
