Ep. 181 ”Initiate” (Dairy Entry 1:3 with Casey Hart)

So much was going on in the life of Casey Hart, over the past few years, we just had to catch up and get the scoop. 
Our last time with Casey, she was in Covid-land with the rest of us. She also worked along with her mentor (in his studio) and had just taken on her first apprentice. 
NOW... Casey, in just a few years, has opened her own studio (Fox wood Tattoo Collective) and her apprentice has graduated to fellow tattoo artist and partner in all things business. Not only that, but Casey has transformed her body, mind, view... the list goes on. 
I can't tell you all the gratitude I have for Casey and this 3 part podcast submission. Casey really inspired me (your host) and I feel assured that she'll inspire you Listeners, as well.

Ep. 179 ”Upstream” (Diary Entry 1:2 with John Simmonds)

So excited to introduce my friend and acupuncturist, John Simmonds. John is smart with his health and well-being, so he doesn't fetter his life with social media; Instead, you can find John and all the brilliant services he offers, on his website that you can view here.
The title of this show was inspired by the journey of the Koi as John has this Japanese legend tattooed to him; 1/2 of this "koi journey" was tattooed on John's left side, by your host (Amy C Nicholls).
Koi, Yin Yang, holistic medicine as well as some amazing entertainment recommendations, are found in just this first part of John's Diary Entry. We do hope you'll come back next week for the second half, but as always, we want to thank you for your listening time today.

Okay, so the one thing that I think is discovered for sure is that I, Amy Nicholls, will not be recording from the car anymore. There's been an issue with how the audio is saved/formatted and converting it to be edited/produced, so please enjoy this last time, Amy decides to record in her car.

Rico says "probably definitely", too much to not note; It felt right as a title for this week's Entry.
