Ep. 167 ”Making Time” (A later Entry from your host)

First, we hope that everyone had a very happy weekend and a fantastic Father's Day. Poor father's, they rarely get the kind of observance that they are due. Admittedly, this Entry doesn't mention fathers or Father's Day at all, so we hope grace will be given as this show is no better... Sorry to all Dads!
Late as this Entry may be, it's full of the reflections of this past week. "Making Time" was the chosen title but so many could have easily took its place. Listen in to get your weekly dose of Amy and see why you're already on the right path if you make time.

Ep. 164 ”Just Breathe & F*ck Cancer!” (An Entry with Nicole Stecca)

As you are in tattooing, you'll find that you're unable to avoid the connections that are made under the needle. In this week's episode, we meet back up with a long-time client and friend, Nicole Stecca ,as she talks about her most recent tattoo acquisition. 
"Just take a breath" and "Fuck Cancer"... two stark messages from a lady who is not only a Chemo Nurse, but having to see Cancer as a patient as well. A dual episode for the student and the teacher in all of us. 
Thank you so much Nicole. I know that you think you have no other option, other than to be brave, but there are those that give up and you are not doing that. I love you and am overwhelmed by your strength.

Post Mother's Day has, with the start of May, brought many things into my awareness. Listen as I share what things I've experienced already; Commune in a place that is either foreign (so fraught with perspective) or a space where the thoughts and feelings are all too familiar. 
It's all love and as imperfect as I am, the one thing I want to make certain anyone can say of me, after this life has ended, is, "She always tried."

Ep. # 3 Black Box Series: ”Sticks & Stones” (Talking with ”Red Rebel”)

This was a fun exploration.
In this Diary Entry, we submit a Black Box episode and meet "Red Rebel", who shall remain annonomous until such time as he's able to hangout in the open. For now, Amy has an unattached chat for all to hear. This is much like the many tattoo sessions that are intimate and range in discussion. Amy is trying out a possible show "regular", all while opening up what's hers to not only Red Rebel, but all of those who come each week to listen in.
