Ep. 162 ”Trials” (Amy submits a personal Entry)

Coming off a hard week that was made less hard with perspective and the grace of God. I'm just sharing my week and some of the gorgeous humans that I got to spend it with. Many trials got in the way of the pursuit of "Happiness", but by week's end, it was realized that the trials are all perfectly placed so as to maximize "Happiness." Your host is grateful and ends this week with a wide smile.

Ep. 161 ”Why We Care” (3:3 Diary Entry with Anthony Red’d’)

It's a rare opportunity to meet someone who has been shackled and carted away to an emergency, mental health facility. In this last episode, we learn that both our host and Anthony Red'd', have had their experiences with mental breakdowns. (Amy likes to call them awakenings however.) 
The world is a torturous place for those of us unwilling to trade our souls or make concessions when it comes to cultivating a life. Listen in to hear about how Anthony rose from his low and why he cares to keep rising. 
This was such a tremendous gift Anthony. Your art is really good and we are so glad that you kept pushing, even when so many discouraged your dreams (even this host in 2002 :P.)

Ep. 159 ”Walkin’ on the Moon” (1:3 Diary Entry with Anthony Red’d’)

This is a great way to move into spring and new beginnings; As sad as the reason was for Anthony Redd and Amy to reconnect, it's wonderful that this can offer the opportunity to share and shout out the amazing talent that Anthony has been honing for quite some time. 
This 3 part Entry, explores a very raw talent that has gotten very refined (and not by taking the roads that most traveled by). 
Hear about how Amy knows Anthony and how wonderful life can be if we try to take the perspective of being a perpetual student, always looking at pitfalls as a way to grow.

Ep. 156 ”Creating Through Adversity” (1:2 Diary Entry with Carol LeBaron)

It's simply been too long since we got to hear from this beautiful and talented woman. Moreover, we recorded this Diary Entry in January of last year (2022). At the time of this recording, Carol LeBaron (our good friend and master textile artist), had just lost her mother. 
In this 2 part podcast with Carol, we get the very intimate, insights, surrounding the death of a parent. Our hopes are that with Carol's story, we can move forward into the spring (in the short term) and better celebrate our parents with Mother's Day and Father's Day; In the long term, our hopes are that this podcast will help inform a beautiful attitude when in the face of the inevitable.
