Ep 88. "Scouting" Part 2 (An Interview with Max Klein)
Monday Jul 05, 2021
Monday Jul 05, 2021
We hope everyone had an amazing Independence Day (4th of July for those non-Americans).
What better way to wrap up the holiday than to check back in with Amy's interview with Max Klein; A special needs and neuro-diversities advocate for The Boy Scouts of America (who are now open to girls too).
Thank you so much for your time and for work you do Max. We feel that good mentors are hard to come by and it's a wonderful thing to meet someone that has so much passion to aid the youth and their families; It's much needed.
Keep doing all that you do. We look forward to your event with #stopthestigma in late August. Mental health awareness is much needed and we are so happy to know a direct influence for change.

Ep.87 "Scouting" Part 1 ( An Interview with Max Klein)
Monday Jun 28, 2021
Monday Jun 28, 2021
Clubhouse is a new social app that is filled with potential. Rico and I have both joined and fallen in love with the wonderful people that we've met around the world there. Max Klein is one of the many awesome folks we've had the pleasure to meet there.
Max captivated us right away and Amy set up an interview to highlight all the many things that Max is about; Predominately Max's work with the Boy Scouts of America and specifically being an advocate for the neurodiverse.
You can find Max on IG and especially on Clubhouse (@maxkleinbsa). He's doing some really cool things with #stopthestigma and building towards an event in August.
Thank you so much Max! We don't know who scouted who, but you're a gem man. We hope to shout you and your efforts, out in the episodes to come. Let's stop the stigma together. We are completely on board.

Ep 86. "Tom, The Beast, Seest" Part 2 (An Interview with Tom Seest)
Monday Jun 21, 2021
Monday Jun 21, 2021
This is the wrap up of our time speaking to Tom Seest (a senior software engineer)and he's a pretty funny guy. Tom has led a very unconventional life so far. We are excited to see what's next for him; Our guess is a bike ride across America. No matter what he does, it's bound to be a route less traveled.
You deserve a Monster Energy endorsement Tom! Fingers crossed they hear this amazing story of yours... your signature can could be neon green to white... The Beast Seest flavor? LOL.
If ever there was a story that challenges excuses, it's Tom's.
You are a beast Tom. Thank you so much!
You can find Tom on IG, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, Substack, YouTube, and more... He's making his way coast to coast (literally and virtually). Tom also has an alias know as The Pun Guy, also found on Twitter, Substack, and YouTube . Tom is also on sites that this podcast doesn't know about yet... listen to the end and you'll be able to find Tom in all corners of the internet.

Ep 85. "Tom, The Beast, Seest" Part 1 (An Interview with Tom Seest)
Monday Jun 14, 2021
Monday Jun 14, 2021
So, it's never been so hard to title an interview. In the end, we went with a common rhyme of Rico's... "Tom, The Beast, Seest."
There's just too much to say about Tom Seest. Truly! From neon yellow, to curing heart disease. LOL... How do you break that down into a ditty? You don't... you just listen to this interview and like mining for gold, you'll find nuggets everywhere in what Tom has proven with his life; Tom was even kind enough to push through a bit of a cold for us. He is a Beast!
If ever there was a story that challenges excuses, it's Tom's.
You are truly remarkable Tom. Thank you so much!
You can find Tom on IG, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, Substack, YouTube, and more... He's making his way coast to coast (literally and virtually). Tom also has an alias know as The Pun Guy, also found on Twitter, Substack, and YouTube

Ep 84. "Full Circle" Part 2 (An Interview with Casey Hart)
Monday Jun 07, 2021
Monday Jun 07, 2021
We know you've wanted to hear Part 2 (the conclusion of our time with Casey)
Just remember that the dream is built on small actions that lead to the bigger picture. Also, never underestimate a petite woman with a tattoo machine; She'll own her size, assume the name "Baby Hands", and then show that size never matters, but especially in being a baller tattoo artist.
Now, Casey found her way back to her roots (Matteo Ink in Westminster) and is able produce from a place of integrity. She's also involved in training the next generation of artist.
We are so proud of Casey! She's killing it in the tattoo game by following her heart and just keeping it real. Love watching her go. This is a must listen for anyone who aspires to tattoo.
Find Casey on IG, Facebook, and give her a "Like" and "Follow". If you wish to work with this crazy, talented, artist, please visit her website and submit a tattoo request.

Ep 83. "Full Circle" Part 1 (An Interview with Casey Hart)
Monday May 31, 2021
Monday May 31, 2021
Man... This was a fantastic time and it's only Part 1!
Amy sat down with the lovely, Casey Hart, of Matteo Ink, in Westminster, Maryland. In this interview, Amy was able to catch up with a friend who has grown so much in such a small amount of time (pardon the pun Casey) :) ;P :D. (Casey's nick name is Baby Hands because she's a petite human who creates wonders with small paws).
Like most, 2020 had Casey re-examine what was important and probed her to make some moves for her life and career. All in all, she decided to reconnect with her roots and produce from a place of integrity.

Ep 82 "That Car Guy" Part 2 (An Interview with Ken Madden)
Monday May 17, 2021
Monday May 17, 2021
Here it is listeners: Part 2 of the tail of Ken Madden. We know that it was hard to wait another week for the conclusion. Hopefully, in the background, you all have been looking Ken up and finding his personal exploits on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn... he's worth a "follow" and a "subscribe" wherever you might find him.
Seriously, Ken's like us and we could have kept talking for another 3 hours but we figure that we are all creating and growing (the ambitious people we are) and we would just touch base later, as we are all creative friends.
This relationship started on the Nomadic Network. Please check out this amazing network of creators. Jason Stapleton is such a great connector. If you've been trying to turn up what you're doing and push back on some excuses in your life, we recommend Jason and his tutelage.

Ep 81. "I'm That Car Guy" Part 1 (An Interview with Ken Madden)
Monday May 10, 2021
Monday May 10, 2021
So excited to deliver this conversation to our listeners. We met with our new friend, Ken (Kenneth) Madden and asked him all about his time in the car and motorcycle world. Not only that, but we heard some amazing stories about Ken's family of origin.
Ken designs motorcycle parts as a main profession now, but it wasn't always such a stable landscape; Ken had to follow his passions in many ways, some for profit, some for experience. It has paved the way to a life where now Ken finds himself able to step away and do art for himself. He's doing some really amazing things and we have enjoyed watching him go.
Please check out Ken on IG, FB, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter... and we believe that a podcast might be coming soon as well.
We met Ken through the Nomadic Network that was founded by Jason Stapleton. If you are looking to meet amazing go-getter-types, we highly recommend this social space.

Ep 80. "Some Things" (... just some things!)
Friday Apr 30, 2021
Friday Apr 30, 2021
This week had a bunch of movement with little to show on the podcast front. So, we took this time to shout out some cool happenings, and highlight some of our friends and collaborators.
We really are sad that this episode ran into technical debacles, as it was supposed to lead with a challenge that @soulkation is doing on IG (April 26-30). We're too late for this challenge, but we wanted you all to know about Logan and her efforts to nurture the soul. Very important stuff if you're on a path of learning as we gotta love ourselves to move forward. Thanks for your work Logan and we hope we can shout out your next challenge on time. Maybe we can get you seen a bit... and that's always good.
Also, we shouted out Clubhouse, Jason Stapleton , Carol Lebaron, Ken Madden, Joey Matto (Dotson)... All people that I've been getting to know more, and talk with. There are more folks to shout out, but we started with these peeps and will continue to showcase more of our friends.
One last thing... Sarah at Your Sauna Studio... I miss you and sweating. I'm gonna come soon hun. Sorry I dropped the ball. Go check out Your Sauna Studio in Rockville, MD everyone... It's awesome and beyond needed over here.

The Mission:
This podcast is about learning journeys. We (Amy and Rico) interview people who have braved the unknown; People who can offer, through their story/stories, communion and coping, for those who dare to pursue passion.
