Derek Hartmann (Derock to his friends) is a listener and now, a guest of T.A.D. We loved hearing his journey and what inspires this new face in the community. Moreover, Derek has an aim to always be gracious and kind with future artists; He's had to start his career amidst a pandemic, lockdowns, supply issues... so he knows the hard-knocks well when it comes to pursuing passion.
Derek works currently out of Art and Soul Tattoo Gallery in New Glarus, WI. He's most into Neo Traditional as a style in tattooing and uses music as artistic inspiration. If you want to know a very current apprenticeship story, Derock is here to tell you his path in tattooing over the last few years.

Monday Nov 29, 2021
Monday Nov 29, 2021
Such a wild week! Hopefully, Fawn will see the funny in this title for part 1 of our 3 part interview with her. We had so many little goofs all the way up to the posting of this episode. On our end, we just got back internet as it's been down for days. We had to get our audio wizard (Chuck Nunn) involved and he did our wonderful Intros and exits this week.
We know that you'll love Fawn Baker (tattoo artist at Red Tree Tattoo in Columbus, OH), just as we do. It's hard for us not to love her as she shares so many things in common; She's a tattoo artist, a fan of a good blunt and a fellow podcaster.
